Registered Night Veterinary Nurse – Fixed Term Contract
NDSR is one of the leading multi-disciplinary referral-only hospitals in the UK with over 60 RVNs and 31 recognised Specialists in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, cardiology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia.
We are looking for a night nurse for a fixed 12-month contract period, to join our well-established team. This is a career choice for a keen, experienced RVN, and offers an excellent opportunity for those who wish to experience referral nursing and utilise the skills for which they trained.
The successful candidate will work overnight between 8pm - 8am, Monday to Friday, five days on and nine days off, alongside a supportive team of night nurses, nursing assistants and a Veterinary Surgeon, for an average 30-hour week. We do not provide emergency cover overnight, outside of our own registered patients; therefore, the care is focused on our inpatients.
