North Downs Specialist Referrals is a leading multi-discipline veterinary referral hospital based in Bletchingley, Surrey with 180 clinical and administrative staff serving veterinary practices and clients throughout the entire South East of England.
We are looking for a Bookings Administrator to join our team. This role will involve talking to our clients and referring vets on the phone and managing all aspects of booking the appointments, issuing information to the clients and liaising with the relevant vets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role and some knowledge of the veterinary or medical world and an understanding of the terminology would be helpful. We are also looking for excellent people and organisational skills. The position is full-time (40 hours per week).
