Additional Support Options

  • Wait in Car Option: We offer a pager system that allows you to wait in your car until your appointment is ready. Please let our reception team know if you would prefer this option.
  • Quiet Consultation Room: Subject to room availability, if you or your pet experience anxiety in busy environments, you can request access to a private consultation room in advance to reduce waiting time in communal areas.  Assistance Animals: Registered assistance animals are welcome throughout the practice.
