Annabel graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2016.  After graduating, she moved to Scotland and spent a year in mixed animal practice, before heading back south to spend two years in small animal practice, and then undertaking a rotating internship at the Animal Health Trust.

Annabel joined AMVS in July 2020 to undertake a three-year residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine, accredited by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She joined NDSR following the end of her residency. She has a particular interest in haematological medicine.

Outside of work, Annabel enjoys mountain walking and has recently taken up crochet. She lives at home with her husband and very spoilt cat Pumpkin.
