Tati graduated from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Portugal in 2005. During 10 years in general practice in Portugal, she dedicated most of her time to dermatology and in 2014-15 she completed 3 dermatology courses at the European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies, in Vienna, Austria.
In 2016, Tati started a three-year residency of the European College of Veterinary Dermatology (ECVD) at the Hospital Clinic Veterinari of the Fundació Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and in 2020, she became a diplomate of ECVD.
Tati joined NDSR in September 2021.
