Laura graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2009. She then completed a rotating internship at the Royal Veterinary College, London. Following this, she spent a year and a half in first opinion practice in Northern Ireland. In 2012 she returned to the University of Glasgow to commence a combined masters and ECVIM-CA internal medicine residency programme, which she completed in 2016.
Although Laura enjoys all areas of internal medicine, her particular area of interest and the subject of her masters research is canine hyperadrenocorticism.
